Plant Printed is a plant-care newsletter published by LiveTrends Design Group. This page explains what we collect when you subscribe, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you subscribe: your email address. That's the only thing we ask you for.

Automatically: to keep the signup form free of bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may place a short-lived token in your browser. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also processes standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page securely. Once you're subscribed, our email platform, Beehiiv, records standard engagement data — for example, whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.

How we use it

• To send you the Plant Printed newsletter and the occasional related update.
• To understand, in aggregate, which issues and topics resonate, so we can make the newsletter better.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. Ever.

Who handles your data

We rely on two trusted services, and each only processes your information to provide its part of the newsletter:

• Beehiiv — our email platform. It stores the subscriber list and sends the newsletter on our behalf.
• Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides the Turnstile bot check on the signup form.

We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage your subscription from any issue.
• Access, correct, or delete your data. Email us at Plantprnt@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, we take it off our active list.

Children

Plant Printed isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
